Hosting Guidelines

The CAAFA Executive Committee greatly values the contributions to the organization offered by those hosting conferences/exhibitions. CAAFA is a volunteer organization that provides grant funding opportunities, expertise and an established track record of conference attendees.

Proposals to host a CAAFA Conference should include a general outline of the conference/exhibition mission and a comprehensive picture of the institution’s physical and financial resources that can be committed to supporting the conference. Letters of support from administrations are welcome. This proposal may be sent at any time to the CAAFA President who will then forward it to members of the CAAFA Executive Committee for approval. Conference/exhibition proposals may also be presented at CAAFA Conference. Proposals should be submitted one year in advance of the projected conference.
